Welcome to Living Life, Making Choices
The home of Yoga New Hampshire - centrally located in Concord, NH.
I am so happy you found your way to my website.

I am a yoga teacher, life/health coach and an aspiring writer. I teach yoga and lead a yoga teacher training/develop your practice program for students who want to learn more about integrating the body, mind and spirit. By finding balance in all areas of our lives and living in alignment with our core values, we can live a life filled with intention and purpose.

As a yoga teacher and life/health coach, it is my intention to be with students/coachees on their journey as they investigate decisions that brought them to where they are today, examine options toward change and make choices to break through current challenges.

Elephant Journal posts

Every day we make choices.

We choose one thought over another,
we choose one behavior over another,
we choose to take one path over another.

When we investigate our lives,
existing with awareness
and taking responsibility for our choices,

we are choosing to live an authentic life.
