Master Your
Practice (MYP)
These class are for students who want to work on
a category of poses or a certain part of the body
You will learn
techniques that you can take to your practice in other classes.
We'll take some time at the
beginning of the class to review alignment, focus, intention, breath and letting
go of expectations of what a posture should 'look' like and explore
what feels good for you. Then I'll guide a class sequencing the flow
based on the focus of the class

$20 per class if sign up one month in advance, after that $25.
